Grit Guides
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
GRIT Guides are digital outlines that can be purchased and downloaded from our site. Whether someone is a beginner and taking their health and fitness regimen into their own hands, a caregiver looking to expand their knowledge on exercise or someone who is currently active looking for a refresher on proper techniques, these guides may be a great place to start!
The goal of the GRIT guidelines is to give clients or caregivers a resource to go to outside of GRIT sessions. They can be used to reference pertinent information including introductory instructions, tips and tricks for safe and effective exercise practices, and clear visuals to pair with the detailed instruction.
The guides are concise and are meant to support a variety of needs. Because GRIT is all about inclusivity, we hope to help as many activity levels and abilities as possible with these guides.
Custom GRIT guide
A Custom GRIT Guide is a great option for those who need a little more guidance on their fitness goals. Whether you’re wanting to get into weight lifting and have never picked up a dumbbell or you are newly wheelchair bound and need extra guidance.
After learning about your goals, Anna will put together a workout guide that is tailored to your abilities and made specifically with your goals in mind.
The custom guides are for EVERYONE! All fitness and ability levels are welcome to inquire about a custom guide.
Let’s get you into a new workout routine created just for you!

group fitness classes - coming soon!

Follow us on social media to stay up to date with the GRIT and our plans for the near future!
In hopes of building an active community with the common bond of growing stronger together, GRIT is starting a group workout series. These classes will have components of cardio, strength and conditioning, and mobility so that each session is a well rounded workout.
The idea of the group fitness class would be to tailor a workout that can be completed by beginners as well as intermediate or advanced fitness levels at the same time. By adapting exercises to an easier and more difficult version, we can host a variety of fitness levels all in the same class.
The goal is for each participant in the class to feel like they got in a great workout, while also completing team-oriented tasks and finishing the workout as a group! If you are interested in this group fitness class, please contact me.
