Throughout my time working in health & fitness, specifically adaptive fitness, I have been witness to an overwhelming amount of optimism, resilience and strength. 

 

I never truly understood how essential it is to have a resilient mindset until I experienced it firsthand through people’s fitness & wellness journeys. 

 

One of the most important lessons that I’ve learned is that you have to have grit, courage and determination to overcome any challenge that life may throw your way. 

 

Through GRIT, it’s my mission to pass on these lessons by instilling this growth mindset in others in the hopes of transforming their lives.
